PRIVACY
NOTE
The principles governing Digital Thinkers'
technical philosophy
have also served well as guidelines for their
business practices: whatever the complexity,
try to keep it simple.
The company's information disclosure
policy is really simple, and the following are
guaranteed:
Digital Thinkers will never disclose to
anybody any information it has
obtained about a
current, former, potential or prospective client,
regardless of the means by which
the information has been acquired (direct contact
with the client,
purchased or public mailing lists, information
found in the public domain, referrals, etc.).
Digital Thinkers may disclose
whether or not
it has performed work for a client.
However, this will not be done if:
It is prohibited from doing so by a NDA
(non-disclosure agreement), or
The client asks Digital Thinkers not to
disclose this kind of information, or
Digital Thinkers believes it is not in the client's
best interest to disclose this kind of information.
All other information compiled about a client
remains the property of Digital Thinkers and it
will not be sold, shared or disclosed in any form
unless the client explicitly hires Digital Thinkers
for this purpose.
